That flag waving, robotic drivel has no place on a KR forum.

**************

I was going through Mark's list of KR's to make sure my info was up to
date and got to wondering what the highest time on a KR is, that anyone
knows. Bob Passmore's (now owned & operated by Sparky after being
rebuilt) has about 1300. Old Blue is the oldest, but how many hours is
on it? Do you know Dan?

Mine currently has 1126 and 22 years. Other than some fiberglass & paint
nicks underneath and just behind the cowling, it looks and flies just
about as new as it did when Ken Cottle finished it in 1987. Has anyone
ever made a guess on what kind of "life limit" a properly built KR
airframe has? What are the first signs of airframe failure - perhaps
separation of the firewall from the longerons? If not there, where?

Anyway, from what is known by this current group of KRNET readers, what
is the highest time KR?

Mike
