I remember an IVO Prop on a canard 4 Seater (Velocity?) Family 4 Killed, anyhow it thru one of it's 3 blades and Crashed into a large treed area, NTSB Identification: ATL98FA017 . and........just this month (May 09/09) similar Velocity accident> 3 blade one found west of accident scene, un-reported prop Manf. NTSB Identification: CEN09LA288
