Try q-l...@yahoogroups.com for a Q specific answer. I can tell you that vented, 
or leaking filler caps have caused numerous fuel issues on the Q2. Check the 
archives on the Q-List. Terry Crouch one of the most knowledgeable Q guys 
around is in Iowa and is on that list.
