Ray, Another thing that you have to consider, is how long you have had the VE. It is "promoted" at some time before they ship it to you, and the longer you have it, the quicker it will set up after you have added the MEK. Also, please be VERY careful with the MEK, it can blind you, if you get even the smallest speck of it in your eye.
