Surely there is an electronics savvy member who can design a small converter to make this instrument work from 0 to 5v. All meters have the same internals, just a magnet and a moving coil. It is how you hook them up and calibrate them that makes them a voltmeter, ammeter, tacho, .2 - .8v or 0 - 5v O2 sensor. My electronics training was 30 years ago so I can't help with the details.
Paul Smith Brisbane, AUSTRALIA pk.sm...@bigpond.net.au http://kr2spacemodulator.blogspot.com/ -----Original Message----- The Westach 2C5-56 O2 gauge reads from 0.2 volts to 0.8 volts. This gauge will only work with a narrow-band O2 sensor operating with an electronic Engine Control Unit as found on most production automobiles. The voltage transition through the stochiometric 14.7 to 1 ratio is very fast; you will not be able to get much use out of this gauge in a non-ECU, manual mixture control setup.
