Well taking the recommendation of this group I went out and got the $27 rotary tool. That was well worth it so my $8 Harbour Freight version is going in the dust bin. I can't believe that I am still working on the Horizontal, but I am getting better at measuring and cutting. I was wondering if once I finish the Horizontal if a balance or stress test should be done.
