Any thoughts on how to best retrofit wiring the completed wings. I don't want to do anything that would alter the airfoil or weaken the structural integrety of the wing Depending on the internals of the wing, I would think the simplest way would be to push electrical conduit through the foam ribs from the wingtips. It could be an issue if the ribs are plywood and have no lightening holes. You can always cut small access holes in the wing skin at the rib sections, pass the wiring through and then go back and patch the holes up. I have found that the beauty of working with composites is that repairs like this are a piece of cake. (easy). Cheers. -- Darren Crompton AUSTRALIA My web site: www.kr-2s.com
