The answer to your question is absolutely, there should be screws at the edge 
of the prop blade openings on the aft bulkhead.

With regards to the front bulkhead, it may or may not need one. It's been my 
experience that most aluminum spinners need a front bulkhead as well.  

I was quite surprised when I replaced the spinner on my Tomahawk with a new 
composite spinner, that the new STC'd spinner used a very rigid Carbon Fibre 
aft bulkhead and does not require a front bulkhead at all.  The original 
aluminum spinner had both. What that implied to me, is that if the back 
bulkhead is rigid enough, then you may not necessarily need a front bulkhead.  
However, with your aluminum spinner, I would want one.
