Oh, and one more thing is that during the bending process, the verticals end up "twisted" a little, so that gap tightens up, and you'll probably have to shave a little off of the vertical member that mates up to the front main spar, and also the vertical that faces the aft face of the aft spar. That sounds confusing, but you'll know what I mean when you get there. And I'm betting that when you get there you won't notice a .063" difference in anything...
