Having thought that carbon fiber skins would eliminate bubbles, and now that I've had Divinycell in my hands, I'd say it's certainly worth a try. I've heard nothing but good stuff about it. The tensile strength of urethane foam is just about non-existent. For those who don't know it, Larry Howell's a professional composite guy...
