Netters I have built two sailplanes requiring excellent geometry. To do this I built the trailer base first, upside down which was my worktable, perfectly levelled, from ordinary mild steel square section of about 60 mm sq.The flat table was wood. When the fus and wing basics were finished and out the way I added the axle, wheels and tow hitch still while upside downNeighbours helped me flip the ex work table over and the trailer was very useful long before the aircraft were finished.Unfortunately I dont have any plans as the trailers were eyeball engineered. My KR trailer is shorter and is the boat type tilt trailer, with a small handwinch. The KR is winched tail first onto the trailer towards the tow hitch point The wings only weigh 41 lbs each and are mounted on cradles ,one on each side of the fus.Wing tips point towards the tow hitch. This gives good balance with an acceptable weight on the towhitch.Wheels are sbout 2/3 back from the tow hitch.Make sure traffic requirements are met and the whole lot can fit into a car garage.Theres a lot to be said for eyeball engineering.Sorry,no plans.
