Bobby, As a new pilot (~ 55 hour) who longs for his own plane, it would be very nice to know what you have and what you are asking for it.
I'm deferring my decision to buy until after my checkride (CFI says in a week or two, and I'm there) but I'm watching pretty closely, and should have the financing all together in the next month or so. I'd need tricycle landing gear, and live in California. I have a handheld (Sporty's) radio. Bill in ClearLake, CA has a nearly-complete project I've been contemplating in the meantime.
