This is truly sad.  Thank God Phil is OK.  I had the pleasure of visiting with 
Phil last year when I was in Leicester on vacation.  He is a great host, had a 
beautiful plane and a great little airfield.  He is the gentleman I made 
comments about who has to land precisely because he only had a 1,500 foot 
field.  He did a bunch of flybys while I was visiting.  His plane looked good, 
fast and stable.  He made the landings look easy.
