Well, I just could not stay put on the ground. I had to go for a flight.
Climbed up to 8,000 feet. Cruising along with rpm set at 2850 and heading west,
my GPS indicated a ground speed of 89 mph and when I turned east, she showed a
ground speed of 161 mph. When I headed in to KUES I was indicating a ground
speed of 189 as I descended from 6000' to pattern altitude. Overall, I had a
great 1.2 hour flight. My elbow is sore as rip but I will survive.
