Dan,
If you study the dimensions you will see that they are the same for the top 
and bottom. The 25" and 28" on the outer ends represent the distance from 
front of main spar to rear of rear spar. I am not sure what the 46" and  the 
42.125" represents so maybe Eric will shed some light on those two 
measurements. I agree he should have drawn the bottom as a trapezoid. It 
would have been a lot easier to understand.
