The only information you have to know is your username (you make that up), your password (you make that up too), and your email address (I sure hope you know that one), and the confirmation code that keeps spambots from taking over the place. Everything else is optional. It says at the very beginning "items marked with a * are required, unless stated otherwise". The ICQ and AIM stuff is optional (as is everything else in that lower box), and you don't have to put a thing in there to be able to register. The only other question you have to answer is "are you over 13 years old", and I feel sure most of us could handle that one as well. You might want to change the time zone if it's not right, and for you it's probably GMT -5 hours. It's not that tough, really...
