              Randy, You really need to get a good book on using glass and 
resin that tells you how to stipple it out so you dont have more resin than 
is needed. You just add weight not strength by having to much resin. 
Anything on Moldless composit construction for aircraft there are several 
authors out there with great information on building with foam fiberglass 
composits. I know from your posts your doing what you can but dont make a 
mess of it you have to remember to think light when building an aircraft!!!
