Ok,inside the Diehl case is a Dynamo, the 3 wires coming out are going to a
small aluminum plate. One wire goes from that up into the instrument area to
the power bus. It appears that the aluminum plate item must be a rectifier,
but I do not see a regulator, just a shielded wire from the rectifier to the
power bus. Any idea's about how this worked without a regulator?
Or should I just buy a regulator and rectifier and diode and
wire this system correctly?
Which regulator, rectifier, etc should I buy?
