Rick Call your local FSDO and ask the actual FAA not a DAR. Make sure you can go one way or the other in your area. Another netter posted how he had lots of problems with a certified plane that in another area, such as here in Florida would have been fine. Check with the authority, and good luck. Let us know how it goes, because there is a definite interest on building LSA compliant if it can be done AND approved...
