Netters, I'm looking for a oil filter that fits on a VW from the front. I saw a photo of a VW that had the oil filter located on the front oil pump. This will eliminate the need for oil lines to go to the firewall to remote filter. Does anybody have an idea where to purchase one of these.
By the way Snakebite burned an exhaust Value. I have the heads off and will have them reworked this week, and Thursday I drive to CA to Richard Shirleys house to rebuild the engine I bought from him. It has a small crack in the case, after talking to several people, they suggested replacing the case. Richard said that he would be willing to help me transfer everything over. More later. Lee
