One more thing I almost forgot, my sides are almost perpendicular to the
bottom, I do not have the slanted out side walls plus my seat back and firewall
are wider than the original KR2. My seat back is divinycell foam covered on
both sides with one layer of biaxial cloth, it is glassed in permanently. I
built a plug on my boat 15 years ago the shape of the turtle deck and then
built a mold off of it for my turtle deck. My mold is for a Q200 canopy which
is what I have for mine. I have not laid up my turtle deck in the mold yet, but
will soon. I am working on my wings now. In case you are wondering, this plane
has been in storage for 14 years and just recently dug it out to continue.
