Barry, I used this method to get a copy of the tip template for the AS5046 and simply used the MS PAINT program available on most every computer.
Open the PDF Document, select 100% as the zoom level and then press Shift-Prt Scr. (This copies everything visible on the screen to the clipboard) Go to MS Paint, click Ctrl-V (paste) and trim away the superfluous stuff also copied with the template. Iterate on this to get the whole template. You can cut and align the templates till your heart is content, and it is fairly simple to resize the templates using the "stretch and skew" commands.
