Richard, I have recently ordered a set of plans from RR. I mailed them a check for the amount listed on the web site along with a description of what I wanted. It took about 4 weeks to receive them. When I faxed a note the 3rd week to inquire as to the status of the order I received a phone call the next day telling me they were having more plans and manuals printed and they would ship in 2 days. I received them 4 days later. Not fast service, but they do seem to be honest and trustworthy. I will be doing more business with them.
