If you don't have a set of plans, find someone that does and check out the specifications in the front of the manual. Your numbers appear to come from an operating manual for an individual aircraft and where they got those numbers from is anyones guess. Unless they made changes to the airframe and re-engineered it those numbers are not even in the ballpark. Larry Flesner
