I grew up watching, in my opinion, the best pilot's in the world. Crop duster pilot's. I think they land, sometime's, on the roughest and crooked runway's. In watching them for year's,,,I could tell that there wasn't really a right or wrong way to land a taildragger. It was a matter of preference. Unless it was a short strip requiring a 3 point landing (dragging it in), usually it was a two point landing,,but still, there were pilot's who did 3 point landing's. If you asked them (which I did) what or why, it was alway's a different answer, stemming from, a two point landing on a rough field was harder on the plane, to a two point landing being easier, or a two point landing being harder. No two pilot's did it alike. Funny thing is,,they were all incredible pilots. IN all of the year's of watching these guy's land duster's from the loader truck,,I"ve never seen one groundlooped. They all say they got that out of their system way back. LOL,,,,happy flying,
