Ray, I used to have an EFS-2. It sounds as if the problem is possibility in the diaphragm of the regulator. There could be a crack in it and it may need replacing. Langford took his EFS-3 apart just out of curiosity to see what was in there and he found the following: http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/fuel/index.html the EFS info is almost at the bottom of the page.
