Didn't Neil Bingham build that one originally? And judging by the photo I took at the 1994 Gathering in Covington (http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/k942.jpg), it looks like it had the little plans-built flaps. What kind of difference did they make in landings (or stall speed, or whatever)?
