Yes, I've built a new X-Plane version of the KR-2 and it is really great. It is
copied after a well known KR that was built about 30 or so years ago. Everyone
called it O'l Blue because it was painted light blue. It was one of the first
KR's built and it is still flying. As a matter of fact I almost had a chance to
buy it a couple of weeks ago just for history's sake but the owner can't find
anything better to replace it with yet but I may still have a chance in the
future if he finds one he likes.
I've been waiting for X-Plane v8.50 to settle down before I release it but I'll
send you a copy if you want it. I've learned a few new things and added some
new features to it. It has an almost exact copy of the real 3-D panel. I'd
really like to have Bob Feaver work it over from pictures.
It was built by Dan Diehl, I believe in Jenks, Oklahoma who owns a composite
company and builds stuff for the US Government, (military) as well as others.
Anyone else that wants to give it a try, just let me know.
