For nylon / plastic blocks in non structural areas, try using sections cut from "bread boards" or "cutting boards". For nylon blocks for my canopy latches I went to the local "Dollar General" store and bought a cutting board, cut and drilled the pieces I needed, and only spent about $4 US. It should work well by doubling up or stacking several pieces together for rudder peddle supports, control stick bearings, etc. http://mysite.verizon.net/flesner/02092597.jpg http://mysite.verizon.net/flesner/15.jpg As always, your results may vary.......... :-) Larry Flesner
