There is another interresting part in the ordinances. The two parts seem to contradict each other. I established a right (by court order) to construct airplanes at my home before the ordinance. Any lawyers out there care to interpret this one?\
Sec. 1.108. Code does not affect prior offenses or rights. (a) Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code affects any offense or act committed or done, any penalty or forfeiture incurred, or any contract or right established before the effective date of this Code. (b) The adoption of this Code does not authorize any use or the continuation of any use of a structure or premises in violation of any city ordinance on the effective date of this Code. ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: "Mark Langford" <n5...@hiwaay.net> Reply-To: KRnet <kr...@mylist.net> List-Post: krnet@list.krnet.org Date: Wed, 19 Jul 2006 05:49:56 -0500 >Colin Rainey wrote: > >>>Please do not mis-understand: I am not saying Brian or any one else is >>>wrong.
