AVLEC:

I would stay away from the 2024 and use the 6061 aluminum an check the
appropriatness of  usiing that heat treated to the T6 condition for your
application.   I am not familiar with the EN19 but that maybe some especially
heat treated grade of steel to handle the stresses involved in a hub type
aplication.  As for 4130 steel that is a rather common grade of Chrome-Moly
steel  commonlu used in the fabrication of aircraft fuselages and automotive
applications.
