Bob: Try Harbor Freight(Check on Line), I saw some in their St. Louis Watson Road store last saturday but I think the largest they can handle is for a 2" conduit box entry fitting. Othe than that an electrical supply store is a good bet. Maybe you could borrow one frome an electrical contractor.
I do not know if any std. K.O. punch would be of the correct size.
