That should be close enough. I did an "eyeball" alignment on mine and it works just fine. The angle changes several degrees during different flight modes anyway. It's an airspeed "indicator", not a scientific instrument. :-) I'd suggest you locate the static tube / source with the pitot (as in Mark's picture) and not try to find that "sweet spot" on the fuselage for the static source. It's not worth the hassle. Larry Flesner
