Netters: I once got a ride back in '65/6 with a guy in his new Musketeer of the coast of Seal Beach CA. He was using the bouys off shore like gates on a Slalomn course at full throtle and so closeto the water he had to pull up to clear the break-water! I never went with him again. Later that year he lost his license because in the high desert one night he dropped down low over the tracks at an on-coming train, turned on his landing light and rocking the plane to simulate an on-coming train causing the passenger train engineer to dump his air. The engineer reporteded it imediately and they picked the guy up on radar easily as he was the only plane around. When he landed at Long Beach the airport security met him when he turned off the active and arested him on the spot.
