KR> Two throttle controls?

Can anyone direct me to photos for a two throttle-control system?  I'm
interested in how people have linked the two knobs to one carb throttle.
We're trying to make KR-2 N26LT (single stick) a bit easier to fly from the
right seat, a throttle lever on each outside would be sweet.
