It is a Marvel - Schebler? It sounds very similar to the numbers on my 0-200 carb. It's a 3 with the M,P,and A in some order which I don't recall off the top of my head. I'm guessing it's a carb for a small Lycombing or Continental 85 to 115 horsepower range. Someone on the net will know for sure, you can bet on that. If not I'll check my carb tomorrow.
