Chris Johnston May not be a bad idea for the gussets on the verticles where they attach to the top longeron. I think that you will have to individually cut the rest of the gussets to get a 90 percent surface contact. Actually I got a lot of enjoyment getting those gussets as close as I could get them, "individually"!
