Because apparently the price has gone up since I arranged the group CorvAircraft deal back in October. You snooze, ya looze, I guess. My first one was something like $150 from Advanced Heat Treat, but after they'd returned it and found it was for an airplane, they said it should have been something like $275, so it's still not a bad deal.
