I am not a believer in the high speed taxi training regimen. I was about convinced to give it another try, by my buddies here on the KRNet, (crashed my first KR doing that,) but my RV friend who has been so kind as to take me flying with him to get me re-oriented to the sensitive airplane, tells me that Vans of RV, strongly advises against that sort of training. He says that more people and planes are hurt by doing that than anything else. It's OK, I expect the flames.
If you think about it, you are continually putting yourself in that transition that is the most difficult to deal with. Yes, I know, if you and your plane make through that, you can probably make it through anything. How many, as in DAZE, well I don't know, but I made my reservation at the Holiday Inn today. The rate is $68 and change. Larry must have kept on negotiating. Good job Larry. See N64KR at http://KRBuilder.org - Then click on the pics See you in Mt.
