Optimum temperature for epoxy application is 77 degree F. Air temperature can be lower if the epoxy is heated. Higher temperatures will reduce the working time. Lower temperatures will increase it. There is a temperature (each epoxy is different) below which the epoxy will not cure. Few epoxies will cure if the air + resin are at 13C. Heating the resin helps.
