As Mike Turner suggested in a post, I did use a 32 gallon trash can
lid to radius the corners of the turtle deck from horizontal to vertical.

I determined how high I wanted the turtle deck in the horizontal and
I determined I wanted the sides to rise 7 1/2 inches vertically before
rounding over to the top. I connected these points with the trash can
lid and made a templet for the turtle deck bow that I made with ply
strips and fiberglass. Once located and glued to the top longerons
I simply built the turtle deck to the bow.

If you know a couple of points on the turtle deck shape, use a couple
of nails at these points and then use a thin piece of ply pulled around
the nails to mark a templet. There is no SINGLE way of doing it. Use
your imagination.
