Don As was stated earlier the first time you posted your reply, That engine is not available yet and has no history of successful operation. The netter asking responded and did not want to be that much of an Experimenter.
The best choices of engines in use are probably the Cam100 or 120 which is a Honda 1.5 or 1.6 conversion, or the 3 or 4 cylinder Geo/Suzuki engines for a smaller frontal area in width. They are the most flexible and meet your criteria for use...
