Yes it "cures" and temperature is very important. You have to make sure you
have the minimum temperature as specified during the full cure.
It might look and feel OK but if not cured properly and "post cured" if
called for, it might have only a percentage of its potential full strength.
Adhere to the manufacturers procedures to assure quality and strength.
Oh and yes Serge the runway is 2000X90 ft.

Epoxy is a chemical reaction.  I suspect it would cure just fine in a 
total 
vacuum, so don't let this worry you.  Temperature is certainly a factor, 
however.  I always get a kick out of people talking about epoxy "drying". 
It doesn't "dry", it "cures", and it does it with little or no 
relationship 
to available air...
