Epoxy is a chemical reaction. I suspect it would cure just fine in a total vacuum, so don't let this worry you. Temperature is certainly a factor, however. I always get a kick out of people talking about epoxy "drying". It doesn't "dry", it "cures", and it does it with little or no relationship to available air...
