Jim, For lack of a better picture check out: http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/flesner/02092588.jpg I formed the front and rear bows from strips of ply and fiberglass. I attached the windshield directly to the bow with epoxy / flox and then added glass strips over the top and down on to the sides for strength and streamlining. Rough up the glass anywhere you will be using epoxy. I think I used 100 grit paper. To cut I used a dremel tool with a fiberglass reinforced cutting blade. Go slow as you will be more melting then cutting. Use eye protection. To get a straight line cut use something like a used hacksaw blade and hold the smooth side of the blade on the cut line. Bias the cutting wheel VERY LIGHTLY against the blade and you can cut a perfectly straight line. Good luck............ Larry Flesner
