I centered mine in the middle of the aileron------------however if I was doing it over i would move it more towards the thicker part of the wing cord as it will be eaiser to conceal it in that part of the wing during full aileron down travel. I built mine as per the plans, If you are doing something different to balance wings then I can't help you. Dynamic tube??? Do u mean the static side of the pito tube??
