After reading my own post, it sounded confusing, so I will better explain it.

Wire a main switch for power to a toggle on the panel for the primer. This 
prevents accidental use when not desired. Then wire in 2 separate momentary on 
switches, one that is the same as the starter activation switch, and one that 
is separate, and in another location on the panel, maybe near other devices for 
emergency use together.  This second switch can spray the injector by itself 
without engine spinning, for additional prime if needed.  The toggle prevents 
use during hot starts if not needed, and if needed during "normal" starts, will 
be automatic with starter activation, with the toggle in the "on" position.
