I have used epoxy on many, many VE premolded parts without any problems. I use a wire brush in my drill instead of sandpaper to get a real good rough surface fast. Of course, I can't think of any reason not to just use VE on the wing skins. Dan even supplies it with the skins. When I am using epoxy it is because I am making a mod to a cowl or something and I have the epoxy on hand and don't want to buy a whole gallon of VE.
