Get a good set of scales and weight each point SEPARATELY. Locally someone here has a set of automotive scales (four) and three are used to do the W&B. Placing a board between the scales may cause inaccuracies but using bathroom scales is not the way to go.
Make sure that you are properly level according to recommended procedure. Ron Lee
