We had issues with the part coming out looking good and then a month later, it would begin to develop cracks. Todd of Todd's Canopies told me that it needed to be re-heated to "cure it" or do they call that "post cure", something like that. So on the 7th and last windshield that I built, I did that and it has not developed any cracks.

You can easily form Acrylic ( PlexiGlas ) in an over over a mold. About 220 degrees will do it. Lay it over a mold of the shape you want with a piece of billiard table qauality felt between it and the mold.
